Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchases from Clark & Co. Needlepoint!

We gladly accept eligible returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery or in-store pickup for store credit.

All returned items must be unused, unstitched, and in their original condition, including original packaging or protective canvas sleeves when applicable. Proof of purchase is required.

Store Credit & Exchanges

Approved returns will be issued as store credit, redeemable online or in-store. We do not offer refunds to the original payment method for change-of-mind returns.

If you’re purchasing a gift, we’re happy to help the recipient select something they’ll love! Gift recipients may exchange eligible items or receive store credit with a gift receipt or other proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind:

  • Special orders and personalized items
  • Custom-kitted threads and materials
  • Finishing services
  • Items that have been stitched, altered, or damaged after purchase

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns.

Please contact us before mailing a return so we can provide return instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take great care in preparing and packaging every order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at clarkandcompanyneedlepoint@gmail.com with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We’ll work with you to resolve the problem, including a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before processing begins. Special orders and custom kitting requests cannot be canceled once materials have been ordered or prepared.

Protecting Our Designers

We proudly support our designers and their original artwork. Unauthorized copying, tracing, scanning, or reproduction of needlepoint designs is strictly prohibited.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
